My visit on the Island in rainy season turned out a blessing in disguise. No tourist crowd, sunny intervals with rainfall offered the many moods of this off-the-beaten track tropical island paradise.
This trip, I opted taking surface journey via Boosiri Bus – High Speed Ferry that got me from Bangkok to Koh Kood Island via Trat ferry pier. Boonsiri Ferry – How to get there.
Friendly, attentive services at the Kohkood Paradise Beach Resort enhanced the experience into unforgettable travel memories – one being a continuous strong sea breeze through the day, which I found quite uniquely refreshing.
Delicious cuisines, mainly a dedicated Thai menu is a treat to gourmands at the restaurant facing the sea.
Luckily, I had my villa directly on the beach with the sea view and swaying coconut palm trees in the foreground.
