Here, at the newest hotel in town, my host walk me through the restaurant with a chic ambiance. Glancing through the menu, I note that the kitchen has to offer traditional Thai cuisines with some of the favorite classical International cuisines.
With so much variety on the menu, I decide to go with the Chef’s recommendation and so I meet with Executive Sous Chef Talaabngern (Neng) and he brings on the table worth trying
Avacado Capresse salad; Kao Soy Gai, a North Thailand specialty; delicious Lamb shank with rice risotto; Poo Nin Phad Phong Karee (soft crab meat) from central Thailand and finally my favorite: Lava Chocolate cake along with refreshing health drink Butterfly-pea with fresh lime.
The restaurant is also the venue for Sunday Brunch and sumptuous Breakfast with a variety of cereals, cold platters, salad, Japanese corner, home made jams and bread, a variety of yogurt and beverages and lot more.
