On arrival, a fruit basket is sent to my room with the compliments of the Management. Recently sensitively renovated to retain original layout, my room in the main wing – facing the pool and the turquoise-green Andaman Sea, is generously fitted with modern comfort and amenities, including a large screen TV, tea and coffee making facility, good selection of drinks in the mini bar, room slippers and a kimono. The other wing of the Resort offers inviting Pool-access luxury rooms, ideal for couples.
Dining options at the Atrium Café, Calcio, Pool-side Bar and the Original Beyond Kata’s bakery – in combination serves up a food fête of authentic Thai and Continental favorites, including freshly baked bread, confectionary and home-made jams. One-of-a-kind menu is crafted with daily fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Thematic Dining with a variety of themes, includes “Street Market”, Thai Cultural performances and live music.
