HANGING GARDENS OF KRABI – WEST COAST, THAILAND
Who would have thought traveling could come to a stand-still as of recently!!!
If you are among stranded travellers, no need to panic. Take caution:
-Avoid crowd,
-Observe hygiene,
Avoid eating at restaurants, have take-away and order room service at your abode;
While I was in Krabi, my experiences enriched at:
– The L Resort and the Wannas Restaurant.
A perfect abode to pamper yourself in the centre of Ao Nang opposite the Ao Nang Beach.
The resort highlights Pool-rooms and sea-view rooms and family suites. Behind a large pool by the Bar, my abode in Swiss -chalet type cottage was equally luxuriously comfortable. There is a Sunset Terrace Café to enjoy the sunset while sipping over your favourite cocktail. The Wannas Place is Krabi is oldest and first gourmet restaurant offering European and Thai favourites and the best buffet breakfast at Ao Nang.

– Nearby, the new Govinada Vegetarian Restaurant is a great place for foodies to indulge in the flavours of health giving vegetarian menu. Even the desserts are vegan and diners have a choice of full buffet after 6PM.
The owner of the restaurant also run a reputable custom-tailor shop: Absolute Designer Aonang. Master stitching and a high quality cloth material for men’s suiting and ladies dresses, they make timely delivery. https://www.facebook.com/absolutedesignertailor/
-Martin’s Collection is just round the corner the L Resort, Ao Nang. Worth trying for creatively designed Men’s shirting and highly recommended for perfect fit. www.facebook.com/pg/Martin-Collection
-Risky Business Sports Bar-Restaurant along Ao Nang centre is a place to relax over watching sporting events on large TV screen. The restaurant specialize in bar-food and among the favourites is the juicy Burgers comprising. Try the uniquely classic Mexican Burger with high quality imported beef. They also offer pick up service from your hotel to the restaurant. www.facebook.com/riskybusinessbar/
Thailandia Restaurant on the otherside of Ao Nang, away from the beach road (opposite McDonald) is not to miss. In a cosy vibe with live music, the restaurant is a fav for Thai cuisines, fusion platters and there is a bar area at the entrance which bustles after 11PM. www.facebook.com/thailandiarestaurant
I have a freezer full of a month’s supply of food I cooked and froze in preparation for isolation and now all I want is Thai food!
