Thailand Convention Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) opened the doors to Food Ingredients (FI) – Asia’s prime event at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC 5 – 7 October 2022) Bangkok, gathered Food and Beverages (F&B) professionals on one platform. FI-Asia exhibition and Conference showcased the present and future of F&B Industry and the buyers and trade visitors indulged into a stimulating experience tasting and deriving knowledge based event.

About 500 exhibitors interacted with some 21,000 buyers and attendees from 40 visiting countries. The exhibitors at the show presented their food ingredients and nutraceutical products focused on Plant-based food and onsite, sampling of this future diet comprised of pant-based meat (prawn, beef, chicken), desserts including chocolate and food colors and flavors. According to Food Trend Specialist, Innova Market Insight in a forecast suggested 82% Annual Average Growth in food and beverage, 40% of consumers choose plant-based alternative “because it is good for the planet”. 2 in 3 APAC consumer say, “I am open to consume food that have been produced using new food technologies”. Consumers increasingly value the functionality, freshness, authenticity of local food.
