The PAVILION is the All-Day dining starting with a fulsome nutritious breakfast and the menu comprises favorite international dishes. It was wise to come before 8am to escape long queue finding a vacant table. A good variety of juices complemented yogurt drinks, fresh fruits, all the favorite breakfast items including curries and a section of international food selection. www.dusit.com/dusitthani/bangkok/dining/the-pavilion

HAMILTON’S STEAK is named after the first ambassador to the USA Embassy in Bangkok. The restaurant specializes in steaks. On top of the menu list, we ordered the roasted Baby Chicken with parsley-garlic, baby potatoes. You may also try Chef’s recommended Roasted “Ambassador” herb crusted Rack of Lamb, served with spring vegetables with Italian Speck. Having tried the Red Velvet cake, I can admit it must be the favorite on the Dessert menu. www.dusit.com/dusittha…/bangkok/dining/hamiltons-steak-house
AFTERNOON TEA CLASSIC ELEGANCE at the LOBBY LOUNGE: Here, I concluded my 3-Day Dusit’s “The Timeless Legend” Experience with my host over the Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge with a view of the landscape garden and waterfall. I had preferred, rather than tea or coffee, and am served with a natural refreshing passion fruit drink complemented with a generous selection of delicious pastries. Served from a traditional twin basket that hung on to the shoulder of the lounge host attired in colorful Thai dress – the indulging moments of savoring Thai snacks and tidbits in a classic manner is locked by the lens onto the image that will cherish over the time.
DUSIT’S GOURMET BAKERY (DELI)
“Eat well, Live Well” the line I read at the counter with promotion on gourmet goodies and am helplessly drawn towards the counter, stocked with mouth-watering pastries, in particular. With my passion of seeking the best taste of everything made of chocolate, this has been definitely one of my favorite corners at the Dusit. The appearance of the pastries strongly appealed taking a bite on it. The dark chocolate cake, blue berry, strawberry, lemon cheese cake and more – but my appetite permit me to try one – the dark chocolate pastry with cold Thai Tea. www.dusit.com/dusitthani/bangkok/dining/dusit-gourmet
